My Story

Alice Velado has always been drawn to the idea of freedom. Born as Chris into a conservative Catholic family in the South, she was raised to follow a traditional path. At the age of eight, Chris began noticing differences in gender identity, a truth she kept secret for over a decade. It wasn’t until relocating to Austin, TX and beginning a career in software engineering that she met her ex-spouse, who opened a new lens for self-exploration—allowing her to discover and embrace her true identity as Alice while also supporting product & technical development for her family's startup company.

After navigating a double-standard environment and hitting her lowest point two years post-divorce, Alice realized the importance of living a fully authentic life. Confronted with the global issue of men objectifying trans women, she chose to change the conversation—building a supportive community that has since grown to 3,500 members.

Along her journey, Alice discovered Tantra, Somatic Experiencing, and leadership empowerment systems, which helped her heal relationships with family, advance to corporate leadership as a software architect, and step into entrepreneurship. Today, as a Freedom Architect, Alice creates transformative experiences and communities for conscious leaders and entrepreneurs bridging the Burning Man, conscious, and entrepreneurial worlds. She is also the creator of the Magnetic Blueprint™, a program that has empowered clients to take aligned action in their lives, cultivating freedom, clarity, and purpose.
